4. Politicians. Remember you work for us not your party.
5. Media, Yes the media doesn't help anything today.

First off Sarah stay in Alaska PLEASE, we know you have been watching the Russians from you window in the kitchen too long! Here is a fact for you just in case you may have missed it, China has the largest population in the world and it has been that way since I was born back in 1957!

New Year new Thoughts

Well America we have had a year to remember and a start to the New Year not to forget!
First off I want to wish everyone a Happy New Year and a Healthy New Year.

Where to start America?
Let's start with this weekends events in Arizona, I want to make sure that everyone knows the American people have the family and friends of the individuals who were lost or wounded in their prayers and hope for a speedy recovery for all. We have no conclusion for this but to try and understand why there are individuals in the world who want to hurt others and their families by creating a horrific event, we have mercy on your souls! I am not going to say anything else in this matter.

Let's try and understand this America......Gas is going up why?
Did the American people give the car companies money to bail them out of debt? Did we not give them another chance to make a car we can AFFORD first off, and drive on energy other than GAS? What happened? Did we let them off, did they just get more money from the Oil cartel to keep producing gas powered vehicles? Come on America wake up and smell the roses.............
We were taken by the car companies as fools, they come out with cars that run on batteries and gas, Here me out"GET OFF GASOLINE" already, crap before i was born Ford had the first electric car, where is it today? Other than a museum.

We need the President to go back and revisit car companies and find out what happened to all the money to improve the way America will build new cars that...
1. ARE AFFORDABLE
2. NOT GASOLINE RUN
3. AFFORDABLE
4. AFFORDABLE

Sorry that word is big here seeing that most cars today that are economic are over $30,000, again AFFORDABLE I say not.

Conclusion: We need to sit down with the car companies and ask them "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU THINKING?" You can make a car that is affordable to the American public that get's 100 miles or more before having to recharge it! "BEFOR RECHARGING IT" Can't you or are you so hungry for profit that again, you all have lost your focus and think the American public is stupid, were aren't we need an AFFORDABLE car period. SO MAKE IT or close up shop, we can not afford GAS if it continues to rise. Someone has to step up and make an affordable car America who is it going to be.......................................................

Though technically there's nothing special about the symmetrical date, some concerned with the history and meaning of numbers ascribe powerful significance to 09/09/09. Like most folks in this country, I have a job. I work, they pay me. I pay my taxes and the government distributes my taxes as it sees fit. In order to get that paycheck in my case, I am required to pass a random urine test (with which I have no problem). What I do have a problem with is the distribution of my taxes to people who don ' t have to pass a urine test. So, here is my Question:

Shouldn ' t one have to pass a urine test to get a welfare check because I have to pass one to earn it for them?

Please understand, I have no problem with helping people get back on their feet. I do, on the other hand, have a problem with helping someone sitting on their ass - doing drugs, while I work. . . . Can you imagine how much money each state would save if people had to pass a urine test to get a public assistance check?
I guess we could title that program, ' Urine or You ' re Out ' .
Pass this along if you agree or simply delete if you don ' t. Hope you all will pass it along, though. Some thing has to change in this country -- and soon!!!!!!!

America, I for one like to see this pass but, make sure that every licensed concealed gun owner know the laws of that state. My brother has a business with concealment goods and does sell information about the different laws for carrying a concealed weapon from state to state. People need to know the rules of each state this information is critical for them and the individuals around them. So for me personally I like this being passed as long as everyone knows and understands the laws of each state.

Gas Going Up For No Reason!

America is it me or is the price of gas up about 30 to 40 cents a gallon? Am I imagining this or are we just letting it happen again? Before Memorial Day we heard they were changing the gas to the summer mix and it would go down in about 3 weeks, how much is it going to go up before it begins to fall? $2.89 a gallon and then come down to $2.25 a gallon and stay there until winter?
If anyone out there has an answer please let us in on it because we are not going to hear from anyone in the news over the next few days or months.

With car companies filing don't you think that the gasoline companies would think before raising the price of gas? Or are they thinking we as Americans don't care and will drive anyway? Think they are making a fool of us? I do, not one word about the price in the news local or national news other than gas went up today due to the oil rising in price for a barrel! I don't think the oil companies or gas companies will be filing for Bankruptcy anytime soon, but one day when we have alternative energy they will and you know what I will be laughing then......how about you?

America, I was just sitting here thinking are all these people really being laid off or are we just stretching the number? Here is why I ask this question.

After listening to a senator tell us if President Obama decides to scrap the Air force budget for this new jet, which I may add has never been tested in action as of yet, it would leave a 100,000 workers out of a job! Well it turns out at the most there is around 8,000 people working on this project and if they lose the contract these 8,000 workers will be reassigned to a different project.

So America is Morgan Stanley really going to lay-off another 2,000 workers or are they just playing the numbers game, is GM playing the numbers game and are our banks playing the numbers game. In reality they are all making money but laying off people who don't exists?

I want you to think about that, are companies paying people who don't exists on their pay rolls, are they inflating their budgets because they were able to do so before and not report it?

I mean all of a sudden we have all these companies coming out and saying we need to lay off 25% of our staff, give a figure and then next month say well business is bad and we need to lay off another 25%, who are these people, do they really exists?

Could big business finally have to come clean? Did you hear anything about Exxon taking a cut or laying off 25% of it's people because they aren't making a profit! Why is America all of a sudden drowning in their own debt. Was this planned? Could someone be paid to make this happen? Or are we really going through this? Please wake me up am I dreaming? If companies are doing this and making up these figures just to gain a dollar from the American people wouldn't this be the biggest scam big business pulled off in years?

Every Bank had better get out there and appraise these houses all over America, then take the hit and refinance the house for what it is worth today. Don't give back any money to the individuals living in these houses but set up a new finance system to put the loses over here and the new finance over here.Let's say your house was bought at $600,000 but today the bank appraises it at $275,000. The bank needs to refinance the house for the $275,000 and the other $375,000 will be taken care of by the money they get from the government. This way the banks are not out any money and the person living in the home can now afford to make their lower payments. It is too simple people.............let's bite the bullet and get on with our lives......

Mr. President please take into consideration this simple plan of action, I don't see why banks just don't want to get the credit market up and running again? In early 2007, as overextended borrowers began to default on too-good-to-be-true sub prime mortgages housing experts sounded an alarm heard throughout Washington. Christopher Dodd (D-Conn.), chairman of the Senate Banking Committee, wanted to push a bill requiring banks to modify loans whose enticingly low "teaser" interest rates soon give way to tougher terms. But he knew that with Republicans strongly opposed, he lacked the muscle, according to Senate aides. So Dodd did what politicians often do. He convened a talkfest: the Homeownership Preservation Summit.
A who's who of banking executives gathered on Apr. 18, 2007, behind closed doors in an ornate hearing room in the marble-faced Dirksen Senate Office Building. Dodd told them they needed to get out in front of the foreclosure fiasco by adjusting loan terms so borrowers would continue to make some payments, rather than stopping altogether. Foreclosure proceedings typically cost banks about 50% of a property's value. That's assuming the home can be resold -- not a certainty when empty houses multiply in a neighborhood. "What are you doing?" Dodd asked the executives. "What do you need me to do to help you modify loans?"
Some from the industry denied a foreclosure problem existed, including Sandor E. Samuels, at the time chief legal officer of sub prime giant Countrywide Financial. They vowed to continue selling loans with enticing introductory rates as well as those requiring minimal evidence of borrowers' income. "We are going to keep making these loans until the last second they are legal," Samuels later told a fellow participant.

So America, are we to believe that these loans they knew were illegal? If so then every politician should be held responsible for their states losses and they will need to direct all banks in the state to re-do all home financing loans, re-appraise the houses and re-do them. She was on CNN Anderson Cooper last night and continued to speak about the housing crisis, she talked about people in Tampa who have a house they bought for $600,000 and it is worth $200,000 today. So these individuals are saving their money like she said 6 months worth, getting foreclosed on and then getting a friend or another family member to buy a new house with the money they saved.....What is wrong with this picture America? All I have seen in the news today is Pork, Pork and more Pork? Could America be going to the pigs? No pun, just had to say it.

Well America looks like the Republicans and Democrats are trying to beef up the pork in the stimulus package. (I must have food on my mind) We need to get down to business people, we don't need to raise the stimulus package we need to define each dollar and where it is going. Every American wants to know where our money is going. We are tired of paying CEO's bonuses and employees on Wall Street bonuses, heck $109,000 in bonuses on the average was paid to wall street employees. THAT IS TOO MUCH!

I don't know about you but, I am getting fed up hearing about the waste from the first $350 billion we gave what's his name? He gave all of it to banks and all they did was buy other banks, gave to wall street and they gave bonuses, he gave nothing to the American people and they are filing foreclosures left and right!

Here is a question for you, is there something you and your venting process missing? Could it be taxes? Back taxes? Mr. President you need to make sure that in the first month of business the American people are wondering how many more individuals in Washington D.C. aren't paying taxes......

Could there be a reason some of these individuals don't pay taxes, could they think they are above the law? I haven't seen any of them take the time to come out and stand up to what they did. Does this mean anyone who hasn't paid taxes just needs to apologize to the American people and leave the lime light? I just don't understand, these individuals are leaving because they understand they have violated a top standard in America.

Does America need to get involved in Washington D.C. and get to the bottom of everyone who makes more then $100,000 a year? Seems they do not pay taxes, or did the past government look the other way? Okay America let's not panic, these companies are cutting back because like all good companies they grew to fast, with the exception on General motors, they have been around long enough to make the cuts it needs to. One thing they need to do is quite giving retired people a raise!

Home depot is making a good move, when the housing market was booming the Expo was a great place for builders to send their clients to and pick out expensive merchandise, instead of just buying it directly from Home Depot.

Pfizer, must be getting ready not to receive all that money from the government, someone must have caught on?

Sprint, you bought up a competitor so you are using that to rectify your over head expenses.

Caterpillar, building new homes and business is down and construction is down all over but, road construction is big, so your profits are good but you just have to much over head on people. Understandable.

All business need to take a look at themselves and make those cuts needed to move forward and start making a product that will save the consumer money and save the manufacture money. 2nd Amendment in Wisconsin

Okay America here is one for the books, I just happened to be listening to Lou Dobbs this evening on CNN and he said this is going to seem strange to some people.

There is a man serving a 30 month sentence for owning an AR gun which misfired, what is strange is the courts convicted the man not because the gun wasn't registered but because the gun misfired and was considered by law a "Machine Gun!" Here is why; The gun has a magazine that fires more then one bullet when pulling the trigger. If the gun was a single shot it would not be considered a machine gun by law! This man has been in the Armed forces and served his country. At the time of his arrest he was in the local National Guard, Hello! This is just not right period, this man has a wife kids Mom and Dad, he has served 7 months of his 30 month sentence. The NRA is not involved but, Guns for America is helping him with legal aid, my hats off to them.

What is this country coming too? Do we need to send a man to jail because he owns a gun that he knows how to use and was trained by our military to use it! Come on America get involved.
The 2nd Amendment allows Americans to bare arms.

Well America, today January 20, 2009 marks the start of the new President of the United States. What will take place on his first day in office beginning January 21, 2009, President Obama will begin his new quest by getting information to the American people about the money spent where it went and how he will start to change things in Washington D.C.

Could we see more of the people at work contacting their Senators and Congress representatives and begin giving Obama the right to direct the American people. Or will we see the old Senators and Congress like we have seen the last 8 years? I hope not.

President Bush addressed the nation last night for the last and final time, thank god! So every time he spoke he sent the markets south, or when he appeared on T.V. in the rose garden he sent the markets south, when he was out and about he sent the markets south. So in reality Bush sent the market south. Today January 16, 2009 the market is heading north, could it be that we are not going to hear from Bush again and are able to cope with the out come of the Elections back in November, God I hope so!

I am looking forward to the new President of this great nation to listen to the people and do as they request. Answer us with the truth, don't wait until you leave office and try and win us over, do it from the beginning, please.

Congress you all need to take a pay cut just like everyone in the U.S.A. has to save the economy, a 20% or 30% pay cut won't hurt you.
Federal Employees all need to take a pay cut also 10% to 20% pay cut.
How about every government employee no matter who you are take a 5% to 10% pay cut and help this great nation.

America, I don't know if you saw President, on his way out, Bush speak to the press yesterday but what is he trying to do? Is he trying to come up with his own version of a good America, or is he just trying to come to reality with the people of our great nation. If it took him 8 years to understand everything happened on his watch well then he just needs to understand crap happens and he needed to stay in touch with the American people. He also needs to understand that America is in financial trouble and we the people are going to feel it for years to come, Bush will not feel a thing since he made much of his money in Oil, Texas Tea. He has no idea what it is like to live pay check to pay check or unemployment. So wake up and smell the roses Bush, you have a problem you listened to your advisers who also don't see anything wrong with the way you ran this country........into the ground, I might add.

Well today is the first day of a full week of 2009, and the first headline I see is:

Obama plan includes $300 billion in tax cuts.

Well the tax cuts are one thing but what about money in the American pocket? What happened to getting money in the American public pocket book to stimulate the economy? I guess by the way the Republicans screwed up the $700 billion we gave congress it looks as thought we the American people only get a tax credit of $500 if your single and $1,000 if married.
Not good, we are going to be paying back this debt for years to come, what ever happened to the great package to save America?

To all who have lost someone special this year 2008.

Creative Conclusion;

I myself lost someone very close to my heart this year and she was very special person in my life's up bringing. Her name Elsie Grossman Ambroz and she died on August 17, 2008 at 12:30 p.m. She was my Mom.

The things we all need to remember about the loved ones during the holidays are the memories they gave us over the years, all the good ones will always stand out in my mind, like when I was in high school my Mom and my Aunt would always go to Florida for several months during the winter months. Neither of them liked the cold weather very much, so when mom called the house to check on us Dad, my brother and myself, she decided to send for me and let me stay for 2 weeks during the school year, as I recall it was December and I didn't hesitate to get on that airplane and fly to Florida during winter break. I didn't care if I had to stay with both of them, I only cared about getting out of town.

I will miss her this year during the holidays, but I know she will be with me always in spirit and I always talk to her knowing that she is listening to me.

So don't forget those who were close to you, but remember the happy times that you spent with them, daily, weekly, monthly and during the years. Love you always mom, your number one youngest son.

Paulson says Congress will need to free second half of $700 billion fund!

Paulson, is trying to get his hands on the $350 billion remaining funds for what?
Earlier, Paulson had said he expected to leave the remaining $350 billion to Obama's team. But he said Friday that having Congress free up what's left of the money now was important "to support financial market stability."

The original plan was to buy up bad debt from banks, but Paulson abandoned that approach, in favor of having the government directly buy stock in the banks.
Paulson said the first way would have taken too long.

Paulson's statement came out as President George W. Bush ordered an emergency bailout of General Motors and Chrysler. Ford was not expected to seek short-term help.

Analysts said they saw Paulson's announcement as an effort to assure financial markets that should the second part of the fund be needed, the current administration would move quickly to have it approved by Congress.

Well boys and girls Santa’s contract has been renegotiated and it directly effects Lake Fork , Bob Sandlin, and Lake Tawakoni areas.
Due to the influx of new homeowners and the overwhelming amount of tourism to the lake areas, Santa regrets to inform us he will no longer be the bearer of good tidings. His contract has been renegotiated by the State of Texas Fairies and Elves Local 101.
Set forth in the new contract, Santa’s responsibilities will no longer include the Lake Fork , Bob Sandlin, Lake Tawakoni and East Texas area. Cookie breaks will be shortened to assure satisfactory work ethics and quality.
In a press release to “The Fisherman’s Guide News”, sent out November 26, 2008 Santa’s replacement was named. Everyone can rest assured we will be in good hands. The replacement for the lake areas will be his third cousin, Bubba Claus.
Bubba Claus is originally from the South Pole. There he attended Equator High and went on to further his education by attending night school majoring in Chimney Dropping and Fire Safety.
“I share the same goal as my cousin Santa. I will deliver toys to all the boys and girls at the lakes and in the East Texas area,” said Bubba Claus in an interview with “The Fisherman’s Guide, News You Can Use.”
In the interview, to relieve concerned parents, the differences in the method of delivery were discussed at great length. Bubba Claus assured, “Christmas would be bettern’ ever and jus’ doggone good!”

I heard this weekend from a Congressman here in Texas, that he is proposing a Tax cut for 2008 and 2009. Just think about this:

You as a tax payer would get back all the taxes you paid in 2008 from your pay check back one lump sum and in 2009 you don't pay any tax.

Does anyone think this would help stimulate the economy or am I just seeing $$$ signs?

I just finished watching the UAW President have a press conference and had a flash from my past.
First, let me tell you this I grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and belonged to a union working in a drug store during high school, did they help me or hurt me? I guess the only thing they did was take 12% of my check for union dues. Again this is the only union I worked for my whole life and it was the last. I find that the union does protect the slackers out there in the working world but, I also see the union doing good for those who need the help and protection from there evil managers.
So this is a difficult decision for all involved. But, the UAW made many mistakes in the past and should be prepared to take care of everyone about to be out of a job, is that not the number one issue the unions say to you "We will protect you no matter what", so instead of saying to the public there is going to be allot of individuals without a job, that we the union will be out of our dues we collect every check from all the UAW workers across the country. The union doesn't care any more about the people they only want to see themselves grow stronger.

UAW step up to the plate save the people and the auto industry dig deep into those pockets of yours and save your industry yourself. Take the high road not the low road.

What I believe is that we need to let them file for bankruptcy just like the airlines did and they can re-organize by getting rid of the bad management they have had for years. They need not pay people 96 percent of their salary after they lay them off, never heard of this before, I had an Uncle who retired from GM he had a great retirement package but hey that was back in the 80's and early 90's. He passed away from cancer when he was 71, but did use his retirement to travel a little before he got sick.
Anyway back to the big 3, if the government gives them money without our vote, we need to speak up. This is not right, before you know it we will be bailing out Cruise lines to Rental car companies.

With news from Citi Group about lying off 53,000 people, or GMC and Chrysler are about to file and Ford is able to ride out this bad spot. More news like this and we all will have to take 2 aspirin and go to bed and wake up in the morning and hope the hangover passes.
Today is Monday, November 17, 2008 and we can be in for some other big surprises, like Hillary saying yes I want to be Secretary of State, and John McCain wanting to be head of the CIA, heck we may even see someone like Lieberman saying pick me for the head of the Social Security I can fix it. Don't believe what you read this is fiction.

Sarah Palin just can't seem to keep her ramblings to herself, she wants so bad to be the leader of the free world. Only if she had the knowledge she would be dangerous. I am so tired of turning on the T.V. and seeing her make a fool of herself in front of the American people. Sarah if you read this blog, please go back to Alaska and do your job that the voters of Alaska ask of you. So if you have something to say to the public please have your publicist do it for you, smile and stand in the background and go on with your life back in Alaska. Take care of that shotgun wedding coming up and that new grandchild you are about to have living in the Governors house.

I am glad you asked that question, here are my thoughts on this subject and of course a Creative conclusion;
1. Stop bailing out these companies that have our money already like AIG for Pete's sake they are an insurance company.
2. People who got suckered into ARM's for their homes didn't read the fine print, they are to blame for the rising cost of their mortgage no one else is to blame but themselves.
3. Banks not wanting to extend credit for car's, new home loans, student loans, credit cards, shame on you what do you have to lose? Extend the credit already open up the flood gates it is the holiday season give give give.
4. Hank Paulson's get out of town, leave you are no one we need in Washington (DC). People like you need to understand what it is like to be in the shoes of others. Seems you don't know, could be you are just like Bush.
5. Car Companies GMC, Ford, Chrysler all need to do as the airlines did file bankruptcy and get on with making cars you can be proud of again. Get back to the basic.

And for that Creative Conclusion;
Government take the $700BL and get it to the people of this country, couples who made less than $80,000 in a year send them $15,000. Singles making less than $40,000 send them $7,500 and what ever is left over use it for Social Security. Get with it, this will get the economy going again, bail the people who make this great country not the companies who abuse it.
