Report: U.S. preparing Chrysler bankruptcy

Report: U.S. preparing Chrysler bankruptcy
article http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/30366383

America, did we not talk about doing this a long time ago?

The government has offered Chrysler’s lenders, who hold $6.9 billion in company debt, about 22 cents on the dollar, or $1.5 billion, and a 5 percent equity stake in a reorganized Chrysler. But earlier this week the lenders proposed that they receive 65 cents on the dollar, or $4.5 billion, and a 40 percent equity stake, the paper said.

Creative Conclusion;
If I haven't said this before:

Okay America, auto makers need to take action on this asap! Mr. President please? http://www.recovery.gov/

Did you or I think about buying a car today?
Did you hear or see a commercial today?
What is the most costly avenue of Marketing today?

It seems that the auto companies are taking advantage of America again but have they always? We seem to be giving them money to use to get out of debt or get back on the road to profits,SO WHY ARE THEY STILL ADVERTISING?Creative Conclusion:STOP PAYING FOR MARKETING, ADVERTISING AND SAVE YOUR MONEY AUTO MAKERS!Come on, you guys kill me, you want more money to re-group but you have not stopped advertising. When I watch T.V. I see a car or truck commercial every break, so if you are paying for ad space on Radio, Internet, T.V. you are spending millions or billions of dollars for nothing. Put the money into your development departments and come up with a solution to our energy situation already you guys are spending to much of my money for a 30 second spot on T.V. or radio.STOP! STOP! STOP!We as Americans know you guys are out there, but we don't want to see you everyday, sometimes over 20 times in an hour program.Mr. President if you loan out any more money to the auto Makers please make sure they don't use any of it for advertising................
